Working backwards to get the results you want!

One of my biggest pieces of advice for people in this business is this:

Focus on the results you want and then work backwards!

 

I want you to imagine what you WANT your body to look and feel like. 

What's it like to look in the mirror, smile & feel 100% happy?

What's it FEEl like to set a goal, do the hard work and complete it successfully?

 

SEE IT. HAVE THE VISION. FEEL THE RESULTS!


Then it's time to execute! 

Work backwards (you have to be honest with yourself here!)
Ask yourself - What's is really gonna take?!

 

Here are some truths about me:

  1. I don't love working out every day & it's veryyyyy rare for me to say "I can't wait for me to eat my salad for lunch"

    I am more often found daydreaming about a glass of 🍷and a charcuterie board. However, I know where those 2 things would get me if I did that daily..

  2. I don't love some of the things I have to do in my business everyday to keep it going!

    But I know what it feel like when I do them and that's what pushes me!

  3. I know that building relationships with people is what keeps my business THRIVING!

  4. I know my daily workout keeps my body THRIVING!

  5. I know the daily choices with the treats sprinkled in keeps my health THRIVING!

 

So, I do the things I have to do to THRIVE and REACH my GOALS!
