About The Program:
Created by Beachbody Super Trainers Jericho McMatthews and Elise Joan, Fire And Flow is a one month long program. Each week of the program, you will do three strength and cardio workouts with Jerichio and 3 mobility workouts with Elise for a total of 6 workouts per week. Each workout is 25-30 minutes long.
You will also receive 8 bonus strength workouts focusing on various parts of the body including abs, arms, and glutes.
This ultimate mind-body workout combines heart-pounding circuits with active recovery to get you in shape fast with the balance you’ve been looking for. Jericho’s FIRE will leave you feeling sweaty and accomplished and Elise’s FLOW will have you feeling mobile and restored. Together, it’s the perfect all-around, full-body workout.

Is there a modifier?
Yes, each workout has a modifier to adjust the moves to your level.
What equipment will I need?
You will need light, medium and heavy dumbbells along with a resistance loop. A yoga mat is optional but highly recommended.
When does the program release?
Coaches and preferred customers have access starting on May 24th, and customers can purchase VIP access on June 7th.
