What is BODi?

 When will LIVE classes be offered? 

Classes are available all day everyday! Once you log in you will be able to see the schedule!  You can do the workouts live or you can replay them when it works best for you. I’ve been doing a lot of the replays so far and it still feels like a LIVE workout class! 

What types of classes are available? 

Live classes will drop regularly ranging from Barre, Pilates, Cardio, Core, Strength, Bootcamp, Cycling, Yoga, and Meditation. You can filter the classes based on the duration of the class and trainer. 

Wait, what’s the BODcast?

Ahhh! You're going to love this. The BODcast lets up to 75 people in each live cast share their own video feed in real time 🤯 You’ll be able to see yourself and others on-screen, and you might even get a shout-out from your favorite trainer, along with corrections and cues throughout the workout. 

 What a seriously fun way to tap into the energy of group exercise and immerse yourself in the experience… without ever having to leave your house! 

Want to sweat in private? No worries - there’s no requirement to ever share your video!

How is this different from Beachbody on Demand?

With BODi, we are bringing daily live + on-demand studio classes, with curated music playlists featuring top hits. You also get access to our premium nutrition programs, along with nutrition support, meal plans, and new recipes.

 On the other hand, BOD lets you follow over 75 structured fitness programs from start to finish, with workout calendars, step-by-step program guides, and tools to help you stay committed.
