I was LUCKY enough to be chosen to take part in the first ever TEST GROUP for this program and am super excited to be able to share my experience! I followed the 6 week program to a "T",(no pun intended Shaun) and LOVED it, that is where it gets to be a bit surprising....I didn't intend to love it, more about that later!! Because I know what you really want is RESULTS, how did I DO??

I lost a TOTAL of 11.2 POUNDS and 12 INCHES!
For a 44 yr old with PCOS that is NO EASY FEAT, so I am super proud that I achieved such incredible results!

TRANSFORM :20 PROGRAM BASICS

  • Six weeks

  • No weights, your own bodyweight and a step is used

Ok LADIES here is the real honest truth, I was TERRIFIED when I got word of being chosen for this TEST GROUP!! It's such an honour to be chosen, but I had NO DESIRE to do anything Shaun T!! I felt guilty there were so many women on my team that would have LOVED, died and gone to heaven type stuff for the opportunity and here I was thinking FML!!
BUT I DUG in and decided that this was going to be AWESOME!!! I was going to do it. I mean 20 mins I CAN HANDLE THAT!!! AND I DID! I actually learned to love it, to the point that I am actually doing another ROUND, I was chosen once again to do a TEST GROUP for the HYBRID program and I am currently doing that now!

Here is what I feel in love with first, Shaun T’s mission!! His mission is to remove the mental barriers people have when if comes to committing to a workout.  Lack of time?  No worries.  It’s just 20 minutes.  Can’t do high intensity?  No power jumps, no diamond jacks, no tuck jumps – No problem. With this program, Shaun T took away things people could complain about.  And yes, you CAN do it. There is a modifier, and she doesn’t use the step.  I changed during this program, I GREW, I lost mental baggage, I got stronger inside and out! And that is the purpose!  You’ll learn a lot about yourself as you go through this program!

AND I feel in love with SHAUN T, SHORT WORKOUTS and kick ass cardio!

So how do you know if this could be for you??

  • Are motivated to change your fitness level through mindset.  Shaun T will guide you through mental barriers that are holding you back.
  • You struggle to get in long workouts each day – at just 20 minutes each workout, there will be NO excuses!
  • You are at beginner/intermediate through advanced fitness levels.  This program is truly as easy or as difficult as you make it.  You can slow down the moves to fit your ability level, and keep in mind that the modifier does NOT use a step.
  • You don’t want to buy weights or expensive equipment.  The only piece of equipment you need is the step.  Your bodyweight does the rest!
  • You hate anything too extreme

I am looking for a select group of participants I can mentor in an EXCLUSIVE Transform :20 Accountability Group starting in January. Please only apply if you are motivated to make a change and are committed to sticking to the program for the full six weeks.
